With an ever increasing fascination with all cities and towns of all sizes, Savageau captures his research in his Places Rated Almanac and Retirement Places Rated (both now in their 7th editions) to empower you to make more informed location decisions.

David Savageau is publisher of Places Rated Books LLC. He has produced 7 editions of Places Rated Almanac and also 7 editions of Retirement Places Rated (John Wiley & Sons). He has appeared on national television shows “Good Morning America,” “CBS This Morning,” “CBS Evening News,” “NBC Nightly News,” “CNN Headline News, “Fox News,” “Charlie Rose,” and “O’Reilly Report.” He has been a guest on NBC’s “Today Show” 12 times. Savageau has been invited on national and local radio shows from coast to coast, and he’s been quoted in major publications in the U.S. and beyond.

David grew up in Denver and lived successively in St. Louis, Indianapolis, and Boston after graduation from Notre Dame. As a sales manager for a subsidiary of Time, Inc.
